Captive Landscapes - Daniel Kukla
I think this series of photos is the best to represent "Human: Nature". The photos capture the interiors of animals enclosures at zoos. People are trying to connect with the nature, however the conflicts appear when people what to maintain the interaction. The man-made tools, such as doors and lance are very outstanding and ironic in the photos.

There are many ways of arrange a series of photos. Photos can be grouped, separated, and be connected with each other. When I saw this work, I was looking from right to left. So I saw the close up and single person portray first. I was wondering about the theme at the beginning. what happened to this guy? Then I continued to look at the right part. The entire story cames out. I think a good way of present works is to attract the viewers first, then make them thinking, and finally release the answer.
